Where do you deliver?

Right now, we primarily serve Auckland central and the North Shore areas. Greater Auckland can be accommodated by arrangement and may incur a surcharge.
Do you cater to different diets like vegetarian, vegan, and halal?

Absolutely, just give us a heads up about your preferences.
Are you GST registered?

Yes, and GST is included in our pricing. No hidden fees here.
Are you insured and registered as a caterer?

Absolutely! We're fully insured and we make sure to keep up with food hygiene and safety training. We take pride in maintaining the highest standards for fresh produce and safe food handling.
Where does your Free Delivery include?

Our Free delivery area is anywhere within 20km of our premise, located in Mairangi Bay, Auckland. If you are located outside of this area, delivery will be accommodated by arrangement only. A surcharge will apply.
What are your Christmas holiday hours?

We will be open every day! Christmas Day, Boxing Day and even New Year's Day, pick up only for our platter boxes. We are located in Mairangi Bay, North Shore. All other days are our usual delivery 10 am - 3 pm- subject to availability.
We have an event for over 150 people, can you help with catering?

Of course! Please contact us by email or phone to discuss what you need for the event.
What do we get in our orders?

You'll receive an assortment of our favourite cheeses, cold and smoked meats, dips or chutneys, fresh breads and crackers. All of our orders will include fresh seasonal fruits and veggies, dried fruits, and nuts. Let us know if there is anything you’d particularly like to include as we can always get creative to accommodate.
How big are your portions?

We love food, so we like to provide a variety of items for you to enjoy. People have told us that our portions are generous and usually more than expected, but the deliciousness often means nothing goes to waste! Approximately 1m of catering will accommodate 30 people. We include over 40 products. Seasonal produce, cold meats, seafood, dips, crackers and of course, cheese!
Where are you located?

Our Certified A-grade kitchen is in Mairangi Bay, Auckland.
How do I add a new question & answer?

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
