Hi, I’m Kari — The co-founder of Wedg Ave Woodfired. I’m incredibly grateful to share that I’ll be continuing The Platter Collective, building on the beautiful foundation created by Catherine.

A little about me 
Together with my husband Sach, we run a Woodfired Pizza and Gelato Foodtruck catering business and have been part of many Weddings, Events, and Birthday celebrations across Auckland. Bringing people together through food is what we love most, and The Platter Collective fits so naturally into that vision.

As I step into this next chapter, I’ll be continuing the beautiful platters and grazing tables you already know and love, while slowly introducing new ideas I’m excited to share.
