Our next public workshop is here, and it's all for a fantastic cause – The Pink Ribbon Foundation! Join us for an enriching experience where we'll dive into the art of creating and styling your own sensational platters.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE PLATTER COLLECTIVE WORKSHOPS

BEHAVIOUR

  • Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards others and property throughout the duration of the workshop.

  • This entails using courteous language, respecting personal space and privacy, and adhering to instructions provided by workshop facilitators.

  • Responsible alcohol consumption is encouraged, and any form of drunk and disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Arrival at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session is mandatory.

  • Any misconduct may result in refusal of entry or expulsion from the workshop.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the workshop date, minus a $25 cancellation fee per ticket.

  • Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled workshop start time.

  • Registrations are transferable, provided that advance notice is given to us.

 

LIABILITY

  • Guests assume full responsibility for their participation in workshops.The Platter Collective bears no liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the workshop.

  • Guests are held accountable for any damage caused to property during their participation.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING

  • Photography and recording are welcomed. If you prefer not to partake in sharing your experience, kindly inform us in advance so we can accommodate your preferences and inform other participants regarding your privacy concerns before the workshop begins.

  • The Platter Collective reserves the right to utilize media captured during workshops for promotional purposes.

 

CHANGES TO WORKSHOP

  • In the unlikely event that a public session is cancelled, the ticket purchaser will receive notification via email or text message no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

  • Guests will be promptly informed of any cancellations, and refunds will be processed accordingly.

  • For cancellations or rescheduling requests made up to 48 hours before the scheduled session, a non-negotiable fee of $25 per ticket will be charged.

  • 'No shows' will be charged the full amount, with no refunds, rescheduling, or credit provided for missed sessions.

  • Deposits for private functions are non-refundable, and full payment is required 48 hours before the workshop start time.

 

By registering, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
